For a long time, I have been searching for a vestige for the inter net of old, and I landed here. I love everything to do with movies, photography, gaming, and excercising. I'm really new to the whole HTML coding (if that was not extremely obvious), but I do want to commit to this because I believe places like this on the internet are very special and rare to come across. linked below is a youtube channel my friends and I started a while back so feel free to check that out! The quote above is a quote from my dad and, to me, this really highlights how people, now, are unsatisfied with the social media they use and it has become less about you and more about money. Modern internet social media is souless, lifeless, and unfulfilling to me and many other people, so now I seek refuge on sites like this. Not too sure what all I will put on here yet, but I am definetly going to upload a ton of pictures and talk about music.
lovesliescrushing currently has my interest. Most consider them shoegaze, but I believe they are more of an ambient band than anything. With the lack of back beats and percussion in almost all of their songs, and very dreamy, unintelligible vocals, the sound becomes more ethereal. Every song they have seems to put me into a trance and almost offers time of reflection and self discovery for me, personally.
